My parents often tell me stories about their life in the past. The change we are most intersted in is electricity. Thanks to the electricity, the life of people here has completely changed. We don’t use oil lamps any more. We have electric lights which are much brighter. Many families have their own TVs to watch the news or the programme they like. Mostly the housewives can do the washing up with washing machines.
