- UNIT 7: TRAFFIC Lesson 6: Skills 2 (Time: 1 period) Period: 60 I. OBJECTIVES: - By the end of this lesson, students will be able to: 1. Knowledge: - Vocabulary: Use lexical items related to the topic Traffic. - Grammar: Review 2. Competencies: a. General competencies: - Develop communication skills and creativity. - Be collaborative and supportive in pair work and team work. - Develop presentation skills. - Actively join in class activities. b. Specific competencies: - use the lexical items related to the topic Traffic. - Write a paragraph about the traffic problems in your town / city. 3. Qualities: - Be benevolent and responsible - Establish good habits in obeying traffic rules II. PREPARATIONS: - Teacher: Textbooks, teaching plan, teacher’s book, projector, CD. - Students: Textbooks, notebooks III. PROCEDURE ACTIVITY 1: Warm –up (5’- GW) 1. Aim: - Check students’ knowledge related the previous lesson - To introduce the topic of listening. 2. Content: Game: Brainstorming 3. Products: Some students give their answers correctly 4.
