  1. UNIT 7: TRAFFIC Lesson 7: Looking back and project (Time: 1 period) Period: 61 I. OBJECTIVES: - By the end of this lesson, students will be able to: 1. Knowledge: - Vocabulary: Review - Grammar: Review 2. Competencies: a. General competencies: - Develop communication skills and creativity. - Develop presentation skill. - Develop critical thinking skill. - Be collaborative and supportive in pair work and team work. - Actively join in class activities. b. Specific competencies: - Review the vocabulary and grammar of Unit 7. - Apply what they have learnt (vocabulary and grammar) into practice through a project. 3. Qualities: - Be more creative when doing the project - Develop self-study skills II. PREPARATIONS: - Teacher: Textbooks, teaching plan, teacher’s book, projector, CD. - Students: Textbooks, notebooks III. PROCEDURE ACTIVITY 1: Warm -up (5’- GW)) 1. Aim: To revise the vocabulary related to the topic and lead in the next part of the lesson. - To enhance students’ skills of cooperating with teammates. 2. Content: Game – Brainstorming 3. Products: Students work in groups and write the correct words on the board 4. Organization of implementation:

Content: - Label each traffic sign. - Fill in each gap with one word to complete the sentences. 3. Products: Students write correct words on the board. (say the correct answers aloud) 4. Organization of implementation: Teacher’s and Ss’activities Content Task 1: Task 1: Label each sign. Work in pairs. - T –Ss : What does each sign tell us to do? Step 1: Task delivering Teacher encourages students to find as many words or phrases.
